Vision

Our Vision is to be a church that lives and breathes “going;” taking the message of Jesus into the every day world of those who need to reconnect to God in the Nacogdoches region.

Since all of us were personally connected to God before we were born. The Bible tells us how God created us and planned out our lives before we existed. At some point in life, all of us disconnect from God.   We all need to reconnect.

“Oh yes, you shaped me first inside, then out; you formed me in my mother’s womb. I thank you, High God—you’re breathtaking! Body and soul, I am marvelously made! Core Values

  • Freedom
    We value freedom because Jesus came into this world teaching that we are free from the burden of religious rules and regulations. We are free to be guided by God to become all things to all people so that we might win a few.
  • Genuine Worship
    We value worship that is God focused and lived out daily, so that people can observe Christians who are real about loving and serving their God.
  • Sound Theology
    We value sound biblically based Theology. Though our methods offer us the freedom to reach out to everyone, our theology is based on the unchanging God of the Bible.
  • Creativity
    We value the gift of creativity that God has given us. We want to use all of the arts to express our love for Him and we value the artist in everyone.
  • Community
    We value each other. We are to be about loving and serving God together… unified as the body.
  • Prayer
    We value not only speaking to God, but also listening to God’s voice.
  • Spirit Led Leadership
    We value leaders who are intentional about hearing God through the Bible, prayer, circumstances, and other believers.
  • Relational Evangelism
    We value intentionality in relationships. We are to follow Christ’s example and build relationships out of love that lead people to a life with Him.
  • Servanthood
    We value serving people so they can see God’s love and compassion through us.
  • Market Place Ministry
    We value every Christian serving God in their work place, home, or school. Ministry is not reserved for the professionals. Jesus taught us that ministry is everyone’s responsibility. Ministry is at the fingertips of every Christian. The market place and the daily life of the believer is where ministry can and should occur.
